2016 BAY GELDING

A big, strapping muscular horse with a huge stride and strong as an ox. The Duke is a very nice staying prospect. He made his debut in a hot juvenile hurdle at Hexham on 1st June, despite being a little green he finished a staying on 3rd in a race that 4 winners have come out of. He didn't enjoy the ground at Wetherby on his next two runs and has now been given a mark of 100 which on some better ground he will be very competitive off.
