Aintree Awaits

Having spent way to much time watching horses I've owned run at Dunstall Park I'm certainly looking forward to looking at the syndicates colours appear in the Grade 2, Goffs UK Nickel Coin Mares' Standard NH Flat on the first day of the Aintree festival.

With Farne who we beat by 5 lengths on debut finishing a close up 3rd at the listed race at Sandown we were due to run in and the favourite from the Wetherby race winning a novice hurdle I think we're going to Aintree with a chance of hitting the frame.

Jamie has Shantewe in great order and sent through some video's from work this week.

Shantewe (middle) worked over a mile with Alrightjack and Chapmanshype, head girl Kate doing the steering.

Jamie was pleased with how she went and there wasn't a bother on her as she returned to Folly House for a shower.

As you can see from the below pictures she's looking fantastic, clearly enjoying the sun on her back.

I'll be back in touch after entries with some of Jamie's thoughts.
